Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Everleigh, Greenbank, a major Mirvac master planned community located within the fast-growing Logan growth corridor.

The role

  • Represent Clarendon Homes at the Everleigh acreage display centre
  • Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
  • Work closely with customers building on acreage homesites
  • Not limited to only acreage sales – sell from the entire Clarendon Homes range
  • Build strong relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
  • Confidently present home designs, inclusions and acreage-specific solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a growing market segment

About you

  • Proven experience in residential new home sales
  • Previous experience selling homes on acreage sites will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of the acreage market preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
  • Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
  • Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
  • Able to thrive in a high-performing sales environment
