We are seeking a passionate New Home Consultant to join our team with Clarendon Homes in North Brisbane. Clarendon Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.
What will you be responsible for?
Your day to day could look like:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable properties.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, both on-site and virtually, to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our residential properties.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and outreach initiatives.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for each customer.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or home building industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 5 days including weekends
