Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading
residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an eager
and enthusiastic Casual Sales Associates for our high-performing Clarendon
Homes team in Springfield Rise, QLD.
As a Casual Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of
contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre
experience and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work alongside a
dynamic team, supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream
home.
What you’ll do:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative
experience at the display home
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including
document preparation and record-keeping
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Clarendon
Homes’ residential products
- Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display
centre and sales office
- Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build
strong relationships with prospective home buyers
About you
To be successful, you will be:
- A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
- Availability to work 3-4 days a week – Weekend availability is
a necessity
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do
attitude
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team
and independently
- A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment
