Position Overview:
Are you passionate about customer service and eager to build a career working with our clients? We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our team, working across the Melbourne metro areas. You’ll work closely to support our sales team with updating samples across our customer retail network, providing product updates, assisting with sales queries and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers in your designated region.
- Maintain and manage your customer portfolio through a call-cycle plan to ensure customers have up-to-date and consistent branded POS materials in alignment with Caesarstone brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to optimise and ensure customers have adequate POS materials such as samples, brochures, and information as per the Caesarstone brand guidelines.
- Provide information to your customer portfolio on product knowledge to enhance their experience and usage of our products.
- Collect and relay information on product performance, competitor activity, and market trends to the sales team and management.
- Regularly maintain outcomes of client visits in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while carrying out merchandising activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
This is a customer-centric role, so excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to build relationships with clients will be key to your success. Regular travel across Melbourne metro is required and candidates must have a current unrestricted licence. A tool of trade vehicle is provided with this role.
