About the role

As a Contracts Administrator at Cadence & Co, you will support the full project lifecycle across multiple builds. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontract packages
  • Managing procurement of materials, equipment, and resources
  • Producing accurate payment schedules and processing claims within contractual timeframes
  • Assisting with financial reporting, cost tracking, and budget management
  • Supporting planning and programming of works, including resourcing
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 3-4 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology and project delivery
  • Experience preparing and managing subcontract packages and ensuring contractual compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in construction
