About the role
As a Contracts Administrator at Cadence & Co, you will support the full project lifecycle across multiple builds. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontract packages
- Managing procurement of materials, equipment, and resources
- Producing accurate payment schedules and processing claims within contractual timeframes
- Assisting with financial reporting, cost tracking, and budget management
- Supporting planning and programming of works, including resourcing
- Managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 3-4 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and project delivery
- Experience preparing and managing subcontract packages and ensuring contractual compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in construction
