As our project pipeline continues to grow, our Bowral office is expanding, and we’re looking to add to our Contracts Administration team to support upcoming and current builds in the region.
About the Role
As a Contracts Administrator at Cadence & Co, you will support the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and administering subcontract packages
- Managing procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Producing payment schedules and processing progress claims in line with contract requirements
- Assisting with cost control, financial reporting, and budget tracking
- Supporting construction programming and resourcing
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Identifying and assisting in the management of project risks
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in high-quality residential projects while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 3–4 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential construction
- A strong understanding of construction methodology and project delivery
- Experience preparing and managing subcontract packages and ensuring contractual compliance
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, team-focused approach and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in construction
