About the opportunity
As a Marketing Administrator at Byfields, you’ll engage in a dynamic role encompassing marketing operations, digital design, social media management and event coordination. In this part-time role (approximately 30 hours per week), based in Belmont, WA you will collaborate with the marketing manager not only to elevate our brand across business advisory and agribusiness, but also to shape our employer brand and attract top talent to Byfields.
In this position, you can expect to:
- Maintain and optimise the company website.
- Design and execute engaging social media content.
- Stay updated and educated on marketing trends.
- Work independently to implement marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of marketing operations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure effective communication and assist the marketing manager with project management.

About you
Are you a confident communicator, seeking an engaging role where you can combine your passion for marketing with your pro-active, can-do attitude?
You see yourself as a person who embraces responsibilities ranging from social media design to event coordination. You enjoy the freedom to work independently as well as under the guidance of a supportive leader when needed. With tools like Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign & photoshop), Canva and Active Campaign amongst others, you’ll have the resources to implement marketing initiatives with confidence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong team player qualities and the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Confidence in marketing tools such as Canva and Active Campaign.
- Experience in Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop).
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel.
- A creative, pro-active mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
- The desire to design and create marketing material aligned with brand identity.
- Previous experience supporting social media management and campaign implementation.
