The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to join our dynamic and supportive team. Come and join our vibrant community at our Belmont Office, Western Australia (WA) and make a positive difference.
This role is perfect for someone with prior public practice experience who thrives on accuracy, autonomy, and providing excellent results to clients. You’ll handle a range of business advisory and tax tasks with precision and care, including:
- Take ownership of preparing accurate BAS, financial statements, and tax returns that showcase your expertise
- Deliver precise tax estimates and involvement with valuable tax planning advice that drives real client impact
- Work with large, multi-entity family farming groups
- Manage your workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Gain exposure to larger, more complex businesses and sharpen your technical skills
- Collaborate with a supportive, client-focused team that inspires your best work every day

Who we’re looking for
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of public practice experience
- Strong Australian tax knowledge and compliance expertise
- Excellent time management skills and a dedicated, hard-working ethic
- A team-focused mindset with clear, professional communication
- Ambition to grow and advance within a supportive, growing firm
- Interest or familiarity with the agricultural sector
- CA/CPA underway or planning to start soon
