RESPONSIBILTIES
As a Boutique Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily flow of the boutique with care, ensuring every interaction reflects the by charlotte standard.
- Mentor and support your team, nurturing confidence and collaboration so each member can flourish while delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
- Curate and manage inventory thoughtfully, maintaining a beautifully presented and organised environment.
- Shape and implement sales strategies that encourage growth and operational success.
- Oversee performance with care, offering thoughtful insights that guide and strengthen the team.
- Engage meaningfully with customers, building genuine connections and enhancing their experience.
- Address feedback with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
