We are seeking thoughtful, brand-aligned Boutique Supervisor’s to join our beautifully curated Sydney spaces – Castle Towers, Chatswood, and our Parramatta boutique, which is excitingly opening this April. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of the by Charlotte experience, leading with positivity, creativity, and care to inspire your team and deliver service that is personal, memorable, and exceptional. RESPONSIBILTIES

As a Boutique Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the daily flow of the boutique, setting the standard through leadership and ensuring each client experience is both thoughtful and memorable.
  • Mentor and coach your team, fostering confidence, collaboration, and personal growth while driving exceptional service and operational excellence.
  • Assist in curating and managing inventory thoughtfully, maintaining a beautifully presented, organised, and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies that encourage growth and support operational success.
  • Monitor team performance with insight and care, providing constructive feedback to strengthen skills and outcomes.
  • Engage meaningfully with customers, building genuine connections and enhancing their experience.
  • Address customer feedback professionally and empathetically, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and heard.
