As our footprint continues to grow, we’re seeking either an experienced Estimator or a Graduate Project Manager / Construction Graduate who wants to build a long‑term career in estimating and project delivery.

About the Role
- Preparing estimates, quotes and tenders for demolition and associated works
- Interpreting drawings, scopes and specifications for commercial and residential projects
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing
- Preparing job briefs and supporting project handover
- Ensuring quotes and tenders are delivered within required timeframes
- Applying construction and building code knowledge to ensure compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement in pricing accuracy and competitiveness
What You Will Bring
Experienced Estimators:
- Background in demolition, civil, construction or commercial projects
- Strong ability to read plans, prepare tenders and manage scopes
- High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
Graduates / Junior Project Managers:
- Degree or diploma in Building & Construction, Civil Engineering or similar
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn estimating

- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office, databases, estimating tools)
