About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of transport infrastructure projects for state and local government clients. This role is ideal for an early‑career civil engineer looking to transition into project management within a consultancy environment. You will assist with managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination across a range of infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of transport infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
- Support delivery of small work packages and monitor progress against scope, budget, and program.
- Assist with preparation of project management plans, schedules, cost estimates, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate inputs from internal technical teams and external consultants.
- Support liaison with state and local government stakeholders and participate in meetings and workshops.
- Assist with contract administration, budget tracking, and management of variations.
- Support risk management, quality assurance, document control, and compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and government requirements.
