Administration Assistant

Buckland Aged Care Services is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity (2-3 days per week).

This role offers variety across administration, office support and reception coverage.

Key Duties

• Support administration and document control processes
• Support staff competency and appraisal processes, including monitoring and follow-up of outstanding items
• Assist with staff uniform and footwear ordering, issuing, and related record keeping
• Support staff orientations, including documentation and follow-up communication
• Provide reception coverage and general office support as required
• Undertake general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the service

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with attention to detail
• Professional, friendly, and reliable approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
