This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect with strong experience in the retail sector to make a real impact by leading major projects in Perth. You’ll work across diverse development types, scales, and all project stages, within a highly collaborative and design-focused environment. Partner with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional design outcomes, maintain the financial health of projects, ensure quality documentation, and foster team collaboration and communication.

What You’ll Bring
• Australian architectural registration, preferably in WA
• 5-8 years’ experience in the local market (WA/Australia)
• Proven track record in the retail sector preferred but not essential
• In-depth knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and Council requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Understanding of Enscape and Adobe Suite, with beneficial knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams in delivering projects
• Strong understanding of project development and construction processes
• A passion for design excellence and enthusiasm to learn and grow within a collaborative team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to inspire collaboration between clients and project teams as a trusted point of contact
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
