About the Role
As an Operations & Compliance Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service delivery. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact by:
- Managing the Contractor Lifecycle: Overseeing onboarding, at-work support, and offboarding processes with precision and care.
- Ensuring Compliance: Upholding company policies, local labour laws, and client requirements.
- Supporting Contractors: Providing proactive support, issue resolution, and assistance with visa and travel logistics.
- Streamlining Processes: Refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contributing to Projects: Supporting special projects and compliance reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- The ideal candidate is an operational powerhouse with a keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and planning tools.
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
