Brunel Australasia is looking for an Operations & Compliance Specialist to oversee the contractor lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, clients, and internal teams.

About the Role

As an Operations & Compliance Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service delivery. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact by:

  • Managing the Contractor Lifecycle: Overseeing onboarding, at-work support, and offboarding processes with precision and care.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Upholding company policies, local labour laws, and client requirements.
  • Supporting Contractors: Providing proactive support, issue resolution, and assistance with visa and travel logistics.
  • Streamlining Processes: Refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contributing to Projects: Supporting special projects and compliance reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • The ideal candidate is an operational powerhouse with a keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills. Key qualifications include:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and planning tools.
  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
