Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in a dynamic, high-demand industry? Join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant specialising in Construction, where you’ll play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with leading construction companies and projects.

About the Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant within the construction sector, you’ll receive full training and hands-on support to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with construction clients to understand their workforce needs and source talent across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

No previous recruitment or construction experience is required — just strong communication skills, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with construction clients and candidates
  • Sourcing candidates across trades, engineering, and site-based roles
  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Managing vacancies from initial client brief through to placement
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
  • Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates

About You:

  • Recently graduated (or graduating soon) from any discipline
  • Interest in the construction industry
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Driven, resilient, and target-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
