Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Maverick: Take the lead in driving projects aimed at optimizing our systems and processes, with a primary focus on enhancing financial performance and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Culture: Champion the development of a data-driven culture within the commercial team, leveraging your expertise to progress analysis and systems development initiatives.
  • Financial Maestro: Utilize your strong mathematical and financial acumen to analyze financial data, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Develop Statistical reports, through digital tools, to analyse complex datasets, uncover insights, generate actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency, including optimizing pricing and operational strategies.
  • System Developments: Collaborate with External Developers working closely with Global Head of Commercial to define the frame requirements, scope and timelines for the modelling tool as tailored to the business requirement needs.
  • Excel Virtuoso: Showcase your proficiency in Excel, using advanced calculations and formulas to develop analytical tools and drive system optimization.
  • Hands-On Dynamo: Be hands-on in the rollout and development of new systems and tools, collaborating closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Global Collaboration: Embrace the opportunity to travel and collaborate with teams across the diverse geographical location.

Key Competencies:

  • A bachelors degree in accounting, data analytics, system analytics or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience , post grad, in same finance / data or systems environment.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Must have Advance to very high Excel skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Preferable background working knowledge of MS Dynamics
  • Preferably worked in recruitment / contract hire industry
  • Experience in working in a high volume environment
  • Preferable knowledge of employer/ employment related structures, unit costing, statutory breakdowns and their financial impact.
  • Able to influence and guide others through actions by demonstrated expertise and credibility.
  • High attention to detail and consistently attentive to details as well as maintaining strong performance under pressure
  • Demands high quality of work from themselves and others.
