How you can play a part
The Community Programs Administration Assistant provides administrative, logistical and operational support across the Community & Social Impact department, with a specific focus on Community Operations and Brisbane Broncos Charity initiatives. This role supports the Community department and Community Engagement Executive to ensure smooth delivery of community, charity, and event related activities, enabling the Club to continue to strengthen its connection and impact within the community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support administration of the charity partner program including correspondence with partners and coordination of benefits and deliverables.
- Assist with the facilitation of Brisbane Broncos charities fund meetings, preparation of donation paperwork, and coordination of successful applicant communications.
- Maintain accurate financial and activity records in collaboration with the Community Engagement Executive and Finance.
- Assist in coordinating Charity Raffle activities on game days, including charity liaison, ticket management and reconciliation.
- Maintain the community inbox and coordinate donation requests, including packing and posting of merchandise and record keeping.
- Provide administration support across the Community & Social Impact team including travel bookings, event preparation, stock coordination and other administrative and logistical support activities across the Club as required.
