About the role:

• Building genuine, long-term relationships with customers
• Guiding buyers through a clear and supportive sales process
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle solutions
• Managing enquiries, test drives, follow-ups and delivery experience
• Working as part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in high standards

Key qualifications and essential criteria:

• Hold an unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence.
• Have a current WA Salesperson licence (or willing to obtain)
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
• Self-motivated and driven for success!
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience in retail or automotive sales preferred
