Description

Lane Ford, part of a successful privately owned multi-franchise dealership group, is seeking a Ford-trained Sales Consultant who is passionate about delivering an exceptional sales experience for all our customers.

With high enquiry volumes and excellent stock availability, the successful candidate will step straight into selling season, offering immediate rewards and strong earning potential.

Key qualifications and essential criteria:

  • Hold an unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence.
  • Have a current WA Salesperson licence
  • Able to consistently meet KPI’s and targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven for success!
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • Be a team player.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Identifying customers’ buying needs and providing solutions.
  • Logging and tracking enquiries.
  • Answering phone calls and booking appointments.
  • Following a set sales process.
  • Day-to-day dealership maintenance.
  • Achieving set sales targets and KPIs.
