The Role

As an Administration Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional and efficient administrative process across the business.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with strong administrative capabilities and a positive, “can-do” attitude. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A professional, team-oriented approach
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing vehicle licensing and related administrative tasks across multiple dealerships
  • Completing daily mail and bank runs
  • Preparing the boardroom for meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Department
  • Assisting with deal pack preparation and follow-up for vehicle deliveries
  • Maintaining digital records and supporting document archiving
  • Coordinating office consumables and supplies with your Supervisor
