Our kitchen focuses on quality pub food done well, using fresh ingredients and delivering consistently great meals across lunch, dinner, and everything in between. We are looking for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Have a passion for quality food, fresh produce, and delivering consistently great meals.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
  • Possess strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.
  • Adhere to kitchen procedures, food safety, and WHS standards.
  • Have sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Be available to work a mix of nights and weekends.
  • Have Australian working rights.
