🛠️ Role Purpose

As the Reliability Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and reliability of our plant and equipment, enabling the Bowhill team to operate at peak efficiency. You’ll be organised and proactive, collaborating across teams, driving preventative strategies, and balancing hands-on action with mentoring and continuous improvement.

You’ll also contribute to the bigger picture – considering budgets, timelines, safety, and quality standards – while ensuring systems are accurate, auditable, and aligned with business goals.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Everyday Maintenance: Oversee and complete routine maintenance tasks across all equipment and infrastructure.

• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute a preventative maintenance plan to maximise equipment life and minimise downtime.

• Breakdown Maintenance: Respond swiftly and effectively to equipment breakdowns to restore functionality with minimal impact.

• Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, support upskilling of staff, and foster a culture of improvement and accountability.
