Description

Borderline Plumbing is a rapidly growing plumbing company based in Southern Gold Coast. Due to continued growth, we have created a new full-time Admin / Document Control role to support our expanding operations and professional systems.

This is a key administration role with real ownership and responsibility. You will be responsible for maintaining company and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with ISO-aligned systems.

About the Role

  • Manage document control and version control across the business
  • Ensure only current and approved documents are issued and used
  • Control project, construction, and compliance documentation

  • Maintain registers for vehicles, plant, and equipment

  • Support internal and external audits with well-organised records

  • Work closely with management and project teams

  • Assist procurement manager with PO processing
  • Project & Office admin

About You

  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail and confidence managing systems

  • Experience in document control, compliance, or structured admin roles

  • Comfortable using digital filing systems and registers

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Experience within the construction industry or plumbing/electrical industry
