Borderline Plumbing is a rapidly growing plumbing company based in Southern Gold Coast. Due to continued growth, we have created a new full-time Admin / Document Control role to support our expanding operations and professional systems.
This is a key administration role with real ownership and responsibility. You will be responsible for maintaining company and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with ISO-aligned systems.
About the Role
- Manage document control and version control across the business
- Ensure only current and approved documents are issued and used
- Control project, construction, and compliance documentation
- Maintain registers for vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Support internal and external audits with well-organised records
- Work closely with management and project teams
- Assist procurement manager with PO processing
- Project & Office admin
About You
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and confidence managing systems
- Experience in document control, compliance, or structured admin roles
- Comfortable using digital filing systems and registers
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience within the construction industry or plumbing/electrical industry
