The opportunity
We are looking for a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our Health Assessments team at our York Street, South Melbourne clinic.
This is a hands-on role delivering pre-employment medicals and health assessments, where your clinical expertise and ability to create a positive candidate experience will play a key role in how our clients experience Bodycare.
What your day will look like
- Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings
- Perform clinical testing including audiometry, spirometry, vision testing, drug and alcohol testing, and vital signs monitoring
- Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation and reporting
- Deliver a professional, supportive, and people-first experience for all candidates
- Follow clinical protocols and escalate where required
- Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth clinic flow
What we are looking for
You are organised, practical and confident in a clinical environment, with a strong focus on quality and experience.
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Current AHPRA or ESSA registration with no restrictions
- Experience in pre-employment medicals or health screening (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with systems and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
