Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Clayton & Templestowe,Victoria. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals, including those with limited registration who have trained overseas. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients, helping them to improve their mobility and overall health. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care within the medical and nursing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address specific patient goals.
  • Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including exercises and manual therapy.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Interim/Limited Registration certificate with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with older adults
