Guest Services Attendants are the friendly faces of Selwyn Snow Resort, providing exceptional service to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include assisting with lift pass sales, answering guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, working in our gift shop, and offering information about resort facilities and activities. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
