Bluestar Global Logistics is an Australian owned National Company specialising in express interstate/intrastate transport, warehousing and global distribution. Our ethos of Integrity, Honesty and Trust shape our decisions and dictate the relationships we have with our customers.

We are seeking forklift operators, to work on the morning shift in our warehousing department in Hazelmere, WA. The hours are generally 7:00am – 3:06pm

Job tasks and responsibilities

Working with the Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily completion of all warehousing tasks for Bluestar’s customers. Your roles will include:

• Low level order picking
• Forklift operation
• Accurate order pick, pack & dispatch
• Stock receive and put away
• Wrapping pallets
• Container unloads
• Order Checking
• Scanning

Skills and experience

Candidates must be qualified and experienced in the operation of forklifts. Ideally you will also have experience in RF scanning but full training will be provided.

Other attributes required to be successful in this role:

• high attention to detail and accuracy in work
• demonstrated punctuality and reliability
• physically capable of manual handling up to 20kgs
• strong communication skills both written and verbal
• You must be computer literate and able to work to a high degree of accuracy with warehouse management systems.
