The Role:
If you love helping people and keeping things running smoothly, this might be your role.
This is the frontline heartbeat of our client journey.
You’ll be the first friendly voice families and referrers hear when they contact BlueRocket. From first enquiry through to service commencement, you’ll help ensure every client experiences a smooth, supportive onboarding process.
You’ll also support scheduling, follow up clients, and help keep our operations running smoothly day-to-day.
You’ll work closely with the Operations & Systems teams, who supports the systems and processes behind the scenes.
You’ll:
Respond to client enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels
Welcome and onboard new clients from first enquiry through to onboarding
Support scheduling and appointment coordination
Assist clinicians and clients with day-to-day operational needs
Follow up clients as part of our accounts and oversee debtor management process
Maintain accurate client records across our systems
Help ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Escalate system or workflow improvements
