Claims Consultant

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims for our clients. The Claims Consultant will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process claims for clients
• Review and analyze claims to determine coverage and liability
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
