About the Role
As the Full-Time Store Manager, you’ll lead our Bondi Junction boutique into the New Year with confidence, style, and vision. You’ll inspire your team, elevate the customer experience, and bring our French-inspired atmosphere to life every day – all while contributing to our sustainability commitment and community values.
What You’ll Lead & Create
Sales Leadership
- Drive and achieve sales targets through exceptional merchandising and styling
- Analyse sales trends and implement strategies that enhance boutique performance
Community Connection
- Build strong relationships within the Bondi community
- Plan and deliver boutique events that foster connection and elevate brand presence
Brand Ambassadorship
- Represent Blue Illusion with grace, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Champion our French-inspired aesthetic and values in everything you do
Customer Experience
- Create personalised styling moments that foster loyalty and delight
