About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full‑time Store Manager position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a proposed salary of $66,000–$68,000 + super, incentives and benefits. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales Generation

•Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.

•Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

Community Engagement

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.

•Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique’s presence and engage customers.

Brand Ambassadorship

•Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.

•Actively promote the boutique within the local community.

Customer Building

•Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.

•Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
