Digital Graphic Designer to join our Digital team and help bring our brand
vision to life across digital, CRM, paid media, social and print channels.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital & Customer, this full‑time, on‑site role (based in our St Kilda
Support Centre) is responsible for delivering high‑quality, on‑brand creative
that drives commercial outcomes and enhances the customer experience across all
touchpoints.
You’ll work across digital campaigns, email marketing, website content, paid media,
video editing and occasional print projects – ensuring consistency, creativity
and a strong visual brand identity in everything you produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring our fashion brand to life across digital, CRM, paid media, website and physical
touchpoints, delivering polished, on-brand creative that feels premium and
modern
- Design and produce digital assets including website banners, email campaigns,
paid social ads and seasonal campaign content
Work confidently in Figma to mock up website updates, campaign pages and
assets ready for developer handover
- Apply strong UX and visual storytelling principles to ensure digital designs
are intuitive, engaging and conversion-focused
- Create short-form video and static assets for paid media across Meta, Google,
Pinterest and other platforms
- Produce high-quality print and in-store collateral including signage,
catalogues and order inserts
- Manage and maintain brand assets to ensure consistency across all channels
and touchpoints
- Take briefs from concept through to final execution with speed, accuracy and
strong attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with Digital, Marketing and Brand teams to deliver
campaigns end-to-end
- Stay across fashion, design and digital trends to keep creative fresh,
relevant and performance-led
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in graphic design within fashion, retail or eCommerce
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Experience building emails in an ESP (Klaviyo preferred)
- Video editing capability for short-form digital content
- Understanding of paid media formats and platform specifications
- Solid grasp of UX/UI fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail with low error tolerance
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness – you understand that creative drives performance
