Executive Assistant to the CEO
Newtown, Sydney | 28 – 35 hours per week | 9-day fortnight

About the role
This is a key role at the heart of the organisation, providing high-level support to the CEO while keeping the broader team connected, organised and operating effectively.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the CEO’s diary, inbox and day-to-day priorities
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups
- Supporting the preparation of Board papers and governance processes
- Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinating travel, events and stakeholder engagement activities
- Providing HR administration support (onboarding, HRIS, compliance, reporting)
- Liaising with external providers (IT, HR, Company Secretary)
- Supporting key projects and organisational initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement across systems and ways of working
- Leading and supporting the Reception & Administration Officer

About you
You’re a confident and capable Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
You bring:
- Previous experience supporting a senior executive (ideally within NFP, housing or community services)
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- A genuine alignment to values-led, community-focused work
