The opportunity
The Project Coordinator role is to coordinate and drive the administrative and operational delivery of Digital Infrastructure projects, including airport works, property maintenance, and upgrade programs.
This role is accountable for ensuring project activities are organised, tracked, and delivered in line with team expectations and contractual obligations. You will work closely with internal teams and airport partners to maintain standards, meet deadlines, and support efficient project execution.
This is an opportunity for a full-time role based at our Kelvin Grove office. Travel to construction sites may be required depending on the project scope.
Key responsibilities

- Coordinate day‑to‑day project administration across the Digital Infrastructure Team’s portfolio and workstreams, ensuring all activities are effectively planned, monitored, and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, registers, and reporting to support transparency and informed decision-making
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays early, and take action to keep deliverables on track
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and airport stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements
- Support the delivery of airport projects, property maintenance, and upgrade works, including occasional site coordination
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing more effective ways of working
What are we looking for in the right candidate

- Demonstrated experience supporting business or project operations, supported by qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline—or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a project coordination role within advertising or a related industry, with strong technical capability across project systems and processes
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to deliver against project targets and objectives within complex, technical environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams
