Description

About You

You’re not looking for just another job. You’re looking for a role where you can back yourself, take ownership, and grow quickly. You’ve got some runs on the board in sales or real estate — maybe residential or commercial leasing, maybe B2B sales — and you know how to build rapport, have tough conversations, and close. You’re comfortable on the road, confident in a room, and you want your work to actually mean something.

If you’re early in your career but already outperforming people around you, we want to talk.

About Us

Bishopp has spent three decades becoming Australia’s premier regional out-of-home advertising company. With more than 3,000 advertising sites spanning Australia and New Zealand — across roadsides and airports — we’re the business that helps brands get seen. We’re established enough to be trusted, and agile enough that the right person can still make a real mark here.

The Opportunity

The Portfolio Manager is based at our Kelvin Grove office, and it’s a genuinely varied position that sits at the intersection of relationship management, real estate, and business development.

You’ll be the key contact for our partners who host our billboard assets across Queensland — managing lease renewals, solving problems, and making sure those relationships stay strong for the long haul. In addition, you’ll also be out in the field identifying and pursuing new opportunities, actively contributing to the growth of our Queensland network.

You’ll travel across Queensland to meet clients face to face. This isn’t a desk-bound role — it’s for someone who thrives out in the world getting things done.

  • What You’ll Be Doing Managing contract renewals across our regional Queensland portfolio — keeping things accurate, timely, and relationship-focused
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for site partners, building genuine long-term relationships with property owners
  • Proactively hunting new site opportunities — researching locations, evaluating potential, and pitching new ideas that expand our footprint
  • Overseeing the maintenance and presentation of existing sites, making sure every billboard reflects the Bishopp standard

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role — commercial or residential real estate, leasing, or B2B sales are all great backgrounds
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and is just as good at keeping relationships warm as they are at starting them
  • A growth mindset — you’re not here to tread water, you’re here to develop and take on more
  • A valid driver’s licence and a real willingness to get out on the road across Queensland

Next Steps

If you want a role where you’re on the road, building something real, and watching your work literally go up on billboards across the state — this is it.

Applications close Thursday 2 April. We’ll start reviewing applications before the closing date, so don’t sit on it.
