Like working with your hands, being outdoors, and seeing the results of your effort every day?
If you’re a reliable, hardworking labourer who enjoys variety, travel, and solid full-time work you can count on, this could be the role for you.
At Bishopp, you won’t be stuck on the same site doing the same thing day after day. One week you could be installing billboard skins, the next travelling up the coast, working outdoors and seeing your work displayed across Australia.
About Bishopp
Bishopp has grown over more than 30 years into Australia’s leading regional out-of-home advertising company. With over 3,000 advertising sites across Australia and New Zealand, our billboards are seen by millions every day — and the work our teams do is literally on display.
The opportunity
This is a full-time role based at our Eagle Farm warehouse, with regular travel across the East Coast of Australia.
You’ll be part of a hands-on crew responsible for preparing, installing, and maintaining billboard skins and sites. That includes working at our warehouse and travelling to sites to install skins, maintain grounds, and keep sites looking their best.
What you’ll be doing
• Installing and changing billboard skins across Bishopp sites
• Preparing materials and working in the Eagle Farm warehouse
• Maintaining billboard sites, including grounds and vegetation
• Supporting signwriting, vinyl application, and new site construction
• Working safely at heights and as part of a close-knit team
We believe the work matters — and that enjoying what you do matters too.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll bring:
• Physical fitness and confidence working at heights – this role involves lifting (20kg+) and working off the ground
• Labouring or construction experience – outdoor or hands-on roles are a great fit
• Signwriting, vinyl or print installation experience (highly regarded, not essential)
• A manual driver’s licence – travel to sites is part of the job
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in doing quality work
Ready to take the next step?
If you’re looking for steady work, genuine variety, outdoor conditions, and the satisfaction of seeing your work across the country, we’d love to hear from you.
