Project Manager – Remote

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our consultancy team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing ERP software implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position is essential for driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships, contributing to the overall success of our consultancy services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all team members are engaged and informed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within an ERP Software or consultancy environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
