The opportunity

The Marketing and Engagement Manager leads the development and delivery of marketing and store strategies that support BirdLife Australia’s mission, building national awareness, inspiring action, and generating sustainable revenue to help protect Australia’s threatened birds from extinction.

 

Position Objective

Lead marketing strategy and brand stewardship across the organisation, ensuring strong alignment with Conservation Science, Advocacy and Participation priorities, while delivering campaigns and communications that grow awareness, deepen supporter engagement, support organisational objectives, and contribute to sustainable income across Fundraising, Membership, Partnerships and BirdLife’s online store.

What you need to know This is a full-time position offered on a permanent contract. Please note, that this is a hybrid position working in a home-based environment and in the national office in Collingwood, Victoria.
