Marketing Automation Manager — BioPak | Bondi Junction

This is a newly created role at a pivotal moment in BioPak’s transformation — and a genuine opportunity to own our entire CRM and marketing automation ecosystem from the ground up.

What you’ll own:

• Our HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub (~90% of the role) — workflows, automations, lifecycle communications, lead scoring
• End-to-end EDM campaigns, nurture sequences, onboarding and retention flows
• NPS campaign orchestration across audiences and channels
• CRM audiences for paid media activation
• Reporting and dashboards for marketing, sales, and leadership
• Data hygiene and governance in partnership with our NetSuite team

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years in CRM or marketing automation, ideally across multiple brands or markets
• Advanced HubSpot expertise — you’re the person others come to with questions
• Strong EDM and behavioural segmentation experience
• An analytical mindset and the ability to communicate insights clearly
• Bonus: experience in sustainability, e-commerce, or packaging
