Software Application Engineer

• Assist in coordinating and executing technical activities throughout the sales opportunity

• Able to deliver product demonstrations

• Attend training and get certified with the respective product principles.

• Perform configuration, maintenance, and technical support to various applications for customers

• Involve directly in system implementation and documentation up to Go-Live for clients engaged with BINA/STATWORKS.

• Prepare scripts and perform tests for applications, fix problems as they arise (if needed).

• Preparation of proposals, RFP responses, man-day (effort estimates), or other documents as and when required

• Works closely with product principles to fully understand all product key features and functionality

• Assists in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with end users, vendors, and managers.

• Complete and submit reports regarding service requests, work orders, recovery manuals, customer visits (meeting minutes), and operation summaries.
