We use translational design, translating evidence-based research into physical environments, and design for human connection for all our projects – a balance of head and heart. We are seeking a BIM Lead to join our fun and creative Sydney team based in Surry Hills on a four-month maximum term contract.

The BIM Lead is a central role in the delivery of digital design across projects, responsible for bridging technology, processes, and people to ensure successful BIM implementation.

At its core, this is a hands-on role embedded within project teams. The BIM Lead ensures Revit models are well-managed, documentation standards are upheld, and digital workflows support efficient and coordinated project delivery.

Beyond project delivery, the BIM Lead plays a key role in advancing BLP’s digital capability. This includes improving workflows, contributing to standards development, supporting training and upskilling, and identifying opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills/experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, or Digital Design role
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit across all project stage
  • Experience with Autodesk Forma (ACC) or equivalent platforms
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, NATSPEC BIM
  • Understanding of NCC (BCA) and Australian Standards for documentation
  • Experience developing and managing BIM Execution Plans
  • Proven ability to lead coordination and support project
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
