The Opportunity
This role is based in our Meadowbrook (QLD) location, supporting 27+ sites across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our ICT team. This role is the frontline control point for IT service delivery, responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality support across branches, manufacturing sites, and corporate functions. You will play a key role in maintaining system reliability, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of helpdesk tickets from intake through to resolution
- Triage and prioritise incidents based on severity and business impact (P1–P4)
- Deliver support across hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support users across corporate, branch, warehouse, and manufacturing environments
- Deploy and maintain devices using Intune and standard operating environments
- Manage and support M365 services including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on incidents, outages, and resolutions
- Support asset lifecycle management, including hardware refresh programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including standardisation and automation
- Provide user training and technical guidance to improve system adoption
About You
You will bring:
- 5–7+ years’ experience in IT support within a multi-site environment
- Strong technical capability across Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory / Entra ID
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience working across distributed or operational environments (highly regarded)
Desirable:
- Experience with Jira, Telstra TIPT, Sophos Endpoint, or Screen Connect
- Relevant Microsoft or IT service management certifications
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline
