The Role

As a Lifecycle Marketing Executive, you’ll deliver engaging customer campaigns across email and SMS leveraging our marketing automation platform. You’ll be focused on the execution of campaigns that support the broader customer journey and collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, brand, production, and e-commerce.

Core Activities

  • Execute and optimise lifecycle programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle campaign execution including ideation, build, QA, deployment, and reporting
  • Support go-to-market initiatives by delivering campaign plans that align with brand and commercial priorities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for A/B testing, campaign concepts, optimisation, and overall performance uplift
  • Actively monitor and report on campaign effectiveness to inform continuous improvement of your campaigns
  • Works cross functionally with marketing, brand, automation, and data teams to ensure alignment and drive integrated initiatives.

Experience Required

  • 2-4 years in email marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo etc.
  • A degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer-centric marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross functional teams – ideally in a SME environment or within a platform business
  • Familiarity with subscriber acquisition programs or personalisation a plus
