Big Brown House is an accredited Out of Home Care Provider, providing a range of services to support safe, stable and nurturing homes, for children and young people who are vulnerable, so they can reach their full potential.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will also need:
- A current paid Working With Children Check
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Availability to work full-time
Highly regarded (but not essential):
- Qualifications in Administration or a related field (or working towards one)
- Experience in the community services or real estate/property sector
About the role
You will help keep our people equipped, our homes ready, and our vehicles moving across NSW – supporting the teams who work directly with children and young people.
Your role will include:
- Coordinating IT equipment setup for new starters
- Managing vehicles across the state (ordering, servicing, fuel cards, registrations, repairs)
- Tracking organisational assets and inventory
- Supporting setup of new homes (furniture, linen, kitchen supplies and essentials)
- Sourcing rental properties and attending inspections when required
- Managing insurance claims
- Coordinating travel bookings
- Liaising with real estate agents, trades, suppliers and internal teams
This role includes occasional travel across NSW for training and property inspections.
