The Role

As the Property and Fleet Administration Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Ordering and setting up IT equipment for new employees
  • Management of fleet across the state (including ordering vehicles, vehicle inspections, fuel cards, repairs and maintenance, booking services, vehicle registrations)
  • Managing asset/inventory tracking across the organisation
  • Sourcing potential rental properties (including attending open homes for inspection)
  • Lodging and managing relevant fleet insurance claims
  • Set up of new properties (furniture, linen, kitchen supplies, whitegoods etc)
  • Management of Fleet mailboxes
  • Management of travel bookings (including booking flights and accommodation as required)
  • Liaise with variety of stakeholders including tradespeople, real estate agents, CEO, state-wide account holders
  • Support other administration roles within the business to assist with workloads influxes
  • This role will require you to travel on occasion to other regions (for training and house inspections across the State).

About You

Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Ability to adapt to change and respond to challenges in a positive, professional, and productive manner.
  • Current paid Working with Children Check.
  • Clear and current National Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to work in a full-time capacity.

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in Administration, or related fields, or working towards.
  • Experience in the community services or real estate sector
