The person

You’ll enjoy being a trusted expert and escalation point, supporting customers and colleagues through complex compliance requirements with clarity and confidence.

You’ll have a strong continuous improvement mindset, naturally spotting inefficiencies, risks and opportunities within processes and service delivery. You’ll be comfortable questioning how things are done, using data and insight to suggest improvements and working collaboratively to implement change that enhances quality, consistency and customer experience.

You’ll bring excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the confidence to challenge constructively when needed and the judgement to balance commercial, regulatory and operational considerations. A strong sense of ownership and accountability will come naturally to you, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines. You’ll be highly detail-oriented, methodical and quality-driven, with strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel). You’ll enjoy translating complex international policy and legislative change into clear, practical insight for customers and internal teams.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be passionate about excellent customer service and excited to work for a business for good. You’ll bring resilience, adaptability and a collaborative ‘muck in’ approach to teamwork, and you’ll be motivated by contributing to both customer success and wider company objectives.

Previous experience in environmental compliance, international regulations, consultancy or B2B sales would be beneficial, but above all we’re looking for someone with the right mindset, curiosity and drive. A sense of humour is a bonus too!
