As a Product Leader, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience in:

Product & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and Developers
  • Translate strategic product direction into executable delivery plans
  • Own the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle—from discovery to release

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Drive the successful launch of new features and products to market
  • Ensure alignment between Product, Development, Sales, and Customer teams
  • Oversee release planning, readiness, and rollout strategies

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and optimise delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, scaled delivery models)
  • Improve predictability, quality, and speed of delivery
  • Own delivery metrics, performance, and continuous improvement

Stakeholder & Customer Alignment

  • Partner closely with clinical, commercial, and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world clinical workflows
  • Balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes

Risk, Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure products meet Australian healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
  • Embed quality, security, and patient safety into delivery processes

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in a senior product or delivery leadership role within software;
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (Product and Delivery);
  • Strong track record of bringing complex software products to market;
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery at scale;
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;

Highly desirable:

  • Experience in healthtech / medical software / GP systems;
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory environments in Australia.
