As a Product Leader, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience in:
Product & Delivery Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and Developers
- Translate strategic product direction into executable delivery plans
- Own the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle—from discovery to release
Go-to-Market Execution
- Drive the successful launch of new features and products to market
- Ensure alignment between Product, Development, Sales, and Customer teams
- Oversee release planning, readiness, and rollout strategies
Operational Excellence
- Establish and optimise delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, scaled delivery models)
- Improve predictability, quality, and speed of delivery
- Own delivery metrics, performance, and continuous improvement
Stakeholder & Customer Alignment
- Partner closely with clinical, commercial, and customer stakeholders
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world clinical workflows
- Balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes
Risk, Compliance & Quality
- Ensure products meet Australian healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
- Embed quality, security, and patient safety into delivery processes
We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Proven experience in a senior product or delivery leadership role within software;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (Product and Delivery);
- Strong track record of bringing complex software products to market;
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery at scale;
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
Highly desirable:
- Experience in healthtech / medical software / GP systems;
- Understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory environments in Australia.
