About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

 

As a Post Placement Manager, you will lead and support a team to deliver high-quality services that help customers sustain long-term employment outcomes. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across the Workforce Australia contract, ensuring key contractual milestones such as progress and outcome payments are achieved, while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.

 

This role combines leadership and hands-on operational support. You will guide and mentor your team, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and employers, and work collaboratively with site teams to maximise employment outcomes. With a strong understanding of performance frameworks and post-placement support, you’ll ensure services are tailored to individual customer needs while balancing performance targets and service delivery expectations.

About You:

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Sound knowledge of contract-related financial processing requirements, quality standards, and contractual compliance, or a willingness to develop this knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, financial, or compliance roles
  • Previous leadership experience or the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team

 

Qualifications, Licences and Checks:

  • Relevant qualifications in Employment Services and/or Community Services (desirable but not essential)
  • Current Driver’s Licence (Class C or above)
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
