Berry Lane Hair is looking for an exceptional Receptionist who will be the very first smile our clients see when they walk through our doors. This isn’t just a reception role – you’ll be the heartbeat of our salon, creating memorable experiences and capturing the magic that happens here every day.
🌟 About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for:
Client Experience
– Greeting our wonderful clients with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
– Managing their journey from arrival through to departure
– Anticipating needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
– Creating that special Berry Lane welcome that keeps clients coming back
Content Creation
– Capturing the energy and artistry of our salon through photos and video
– Documenting transformations, team moments, and the Berry Lane vibe
– Helping our marketing team bring our salon to life across social media and marketing
Day-to-Day Operations
– Managing bookings and salon flow with ease
– Keeping the salon immaculate and inviting
– Handling enquiries with professionalism and care
– Using your initiative to solve problems before they arise

– Has exceptional customer service skills and genuinely loves people

What We’re Looking For
– Proven customer service experience
– Strong organisational and time management skills
– Comfortable with technology and social media platforms
– Basic photography/video skills (or eagerness to learn)
– Excellent communication skills
– Professional presentation
– Genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and hair industry
Bonus Points:
– Experience in a salon or beauty environment
– Content creation or social media experience
– Coffee-making skills (because our looooooove coffee!)
